Pool/spa heating, which is recommended between the months of October and April, is a further £15 per day.
Stays of 5 nights or less incur a £50 cleaning supplement.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 secures your booking, with the balance and a security deposit due 8 weeks before your rental commences.
We are happy to accept payment in US dollars or sterling by the following methods: personal cheque/check, wire transfer or money order. Major credit cards and PayPal are also accepted but incur a 4% surcharge. They are charged in US dollars.
Strictly no smoking is allowed in the villa, and we regret we are unable to accommodate pets
